1. General Terms and Conditions of Use PreBookHomes does not own any images of properties listed on the platform and is not liable for any copyright infringement. Requests to remove images must be directed to the lister of the property. PreBookHomes is not liable for any injuries, offenses, or death caused by or related to bookings made through our platform.

2. User Account and Registration Information By creating a user account, you agree to our privacy policy and data protection protocols. Your data may be shared with third-party platforms to improve our services, but will not be sold.

3. Rules and Policies for Property Listers Listers must only use images they own and are legally allowed to list their properties. No fraudulent activities are permitted on our platform.

4. Rules and Policies for Customers Customers must only pay for bookings and rentals with authorized monies, and no fraudulent activities or abuse are permitted on our platform.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policies Bookings can only be cancelled if done so before 7 days prior to the arrival date. For this reason, withdrawals will only be released to listers 3 days after the customer has moved into the property.

6. Intellectual Property Policies Only post images you are authorized to post to the platform.

7. Termination and Suspension Policies Accounts may be suspended if they violate any of these rules. Pending withdrawals may be held for up to 365 days for investigations if needed.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law All disputes will be governed by the laws of the UAE.
